Sometimes drag and drop stops working in Windows —11 January 2011

The solution is to restart Explorer.

1. Open a command window, you will need this to start Explorer after you killed it.
2. Open task manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc) and kill explorer.exe
3. In the command window type explorer to start Explorer again.
